To the right, see the sub pages Online and Cookbooks. The Cookbooks page summarizes ratings of various cookbooks on a scale from 1-10. Two types are reviewed. First, cookbooks which appeal to the adult cook for culinary escapism and broadening culinary knowledge. Second, cookbooks written for or geared towards young cooks for culinary interest-building.
The online resources is a list of recipe database sites I use frequently for inspiration before a shopping trip or to find a recipe to use up what I have on hand!

I would love to see a recommendation on something that I can cook on my next camping trip. Any ideas? I would be more then happy to post it on my blog wordpress.campingcolorado.com. We are not big into Veggies, but eat some.
