Confidence in the Kitchen: Sharing Cooking Experiences with Your Preschool Child

Baby carrots, beets, fresh peas, garlic scapes, spinach and turnips are on the planned distribution list this week for the Venetucci Farm CSA. I went searching for some good recipes to use these veggies and found twenty-six I think are worthy of your consideration. Two recipes I’m excited to try are Garlic Scapes Pasta and Spinach and Mushroom Lasagna you make in the crock pot!
