I like to read cookbooks like other people read novels. I get most of mine from the library so that they’re not cluttering my bookshelf if I don’t find many recipes I want to keep therein. Most libraries don’t loan their new books out. If the cookbook has been out for a while and your local library doesn’t have it, you can often secure it through an inter-library loan. On the Resources tab, sub page “Cookbooks,” I’ll give you my two cents on the cookbooks I’ve been looking at.
